Random options
Equipment that a monster drops comes with extra bonus lines — its random options. Every copy rolls its own, so two of the same sword can be very different. Equipment from shops has none.
- Each kind of equipment has its option rows (below): weapons and accessories share one set, everything else another.
- A drop gets the first rows of its set — how many goes by the monster that dropped it (table below).
- Each row gives one of its options at random, at a random value from its min to max. Options against a monster rank, size or element also pick which one at random.
| Dropped by | Rows | Rows it gets |
|---|
The item's tooltip lists them under “Random options”. Refining, blessing and gems don't change them.

Armor & other gear

Refine (+1 … +)
- Talk to the Blacksmith in any town and open the Refine tab.
- Drag the equipment from your bag into the slot. Worn equipment can't be refined — take it off first.
- Every try costs money (below) and one refine stone: .
Each + on a weapon adds +5 ATK and +5 MATK; on an accessory +1 ATK and +1 MATK. Each + on anything else (armor, shield, headgear top / middle / lower, garment, shoes) adds +1 DEF and +1 MDEF. Weapons and armor also get a bonus every 5 levels: the level reached × 2 on both stats (+10 at +5, +20 at +10, +30 at +15, +40 at +20). Every piece of equipment can be refined.
A failed try keeps the item's level — you only lose the money and the stone. But from + up (+ → + and higher), a failed try also has a % chance to break the item.
From + up (going to + … +20), a failed try has a % chance to destroy the item — it's gone for good.
| Refine | Success | Break chance per try | Cost per try | Tries on average | Money on average |

Repair a broken item
A broken item shows its name in red. You can still wear it and it keeps its stats and its +, but it can't be refined again until it's repaired.
- At the Blacksmith, open the Repair tab and put the broken item in.
- Have more copies of the same item in your bag — any grade, any options (not worn, not locked, not broken). The plainest copies are used first.
- Repair is free (no money) and always works. The copies are used up.
Bless (raise the grade)
- At the Blacksmith, open the Bless tab and put a piece of equipment from your bag in (not a worn one).
- Every try costs money (below) and one .
- Success raises the grade by one: Common → Rare → Epic → Mystic → Legendary. A failed try only loses the money and the stone — the grade stays.

Grades
Every piece of equipment has a grade, rolled when it drops (or raised by blessing). The grade adds a percent of the item's own ATK / MATK / DEF / MDEF on top (rounded), and the same percent of each of its own options (rounded down: a Legendary ring's INT +6 gives INT +7). Refine +, rolled random options and gems aren't changed by the grade. The Item DB shows a Common copy's options.
| Grade | Bonus | Example: a 40 ATK weapon |
|---|
Gems
- Equipment can have a rune slot (the Item DB shows “Rune slots”) — headgear and accessories too. A piece dropped by a monster comes with its slot only some of the time. An item has at most rune slot.
- Double-click a gem in your bag (on a phone: tap it twice). A list opens with every piece of equipment you have with a rune slot — worn or in the bag.
- Pick the equipment and press Set gem (Replace gem when it already has one). One gem is taken off the stack and the equipment gains its stat.
Setting a gem into a slot that already has one replaces it — the old gem is destroyed, not given back.
Setting a gem always works (no chance to fail) and costs nothing. Status gems go into any equipment with a rune slot; weapon gems only go into a weapon. Gems stack in the bag only with the same gem of the same grade.
Size and element gems (weapons only) add physical damage (ATK gems — normal attacks and physical skills) or magic damage (MATK gems) to one size of monster (Small, Medium, Large, Formless) or one element (Neutral, Fire, Water, … Undead): +5% to +25% by grade. For PvP (duels, PvP maps) the Player ATK / MATK Gems add damage to other players the same way.
Merging: at the Blacksmith (the Refine window's Merge tab), of the same gem at one grade are a try at 1 of it a grade up. The chance goes by the grade it becomes: . A failed try loses both gems. Every try costs g, success or not; locked gems are left out. Fashion gems don't merge (they're the same at every grade).
A gem's grade decides how much it adds:
| Gem | Goes into | Common | Rare | Epic | Mystic | Legendary |
|---|
Where to get stones & gems
Monsters of Lv. and up can drop refine stones, the Blessing Refine Stone and gems, on top of their own drops — lower-level monsters drop none. Each monster drops one kind of status gem, one kind of weapon gem and one size / element gem (see its drops in the Monster DB). Chances per kill, before drop events:
